Good luck with the interview Marc! My advice to our clients is to always show that you really care about the job and the kids. The last thing they want is for people to go in and focus only on what they want (ex: where will I be, how much will I get, where is my apartment etc...) They first want to know that you are interested in helping the kids learn.
